Jamie Hi - I got two sets - an H4 and an H1 for my RS2000 off a guy on here. They look good although be a while till they are fitted. Will retain the std wiring and bulbs for MOT time - don't want the aggro of failing due to unfocused lights - not worried about dazzle - I want to see where i'm going!
EscortDan Posted August 28, 2013 Report Posted August 28, 2013 Unless you have projector lense headlights don't bother as all they do is blind other road users and are illegal. A real pet hate of mine, you might be able to see but no one else can!
katana Posted August 28, 2013 Report Posted August 28, 2013 As a biker for the last 25+ years, no bastard gives a toss what I can or can't see, half the time can't be arsed to dip their mains or my particular gripe - no lights whatsoever in fog or heavy mist! So for the few occasions I might be out in the RS after lights out - its payback time!
AdsCapri Posted August 28, 2013 Report Posted August 28, 2013 I don't think old fords suit HID's anyway. Period lights, although not always great suit they car to a T
mk2 mike Posted August 28, 2013 Report Posted August 28, 2013 Don't do it. They'll be illegal and look shite. 1
jamie956 Posted August 28, 2013 Author Report Posted August 28, 2013 Well that's sealed the deal will give them a miss and just stick to some decent normal bulbs. 1
