Hi Im looking for the lower section of the dash its like a shelf that gos from one side to the other.
-
ok was just trying to see if it was a general electrical problem or a running issue/cosworth specific problem, sounds like you just need a normal auto electrician if its a power issue.
-
whats the problem you have?

3j are crap Linden with the 450hp mk2 escort has destroyed his several times, gripper seams to be the best option for big power and squires shafts. Your going to be looking at least 2k for a built atlas i would of thought you could get a 9'' for the same money.
-
Price drop £260.
-
500 hp is about as much as you would want to go on an atlas after that it's the CWP that's going to be the problem, 700 hp is definitely 9" territory.

Just one set of wheels, lol stay away from the Stella.

A friend had a cortina that someone had used this stuff in the tank don't know how long it had been in there but the coating broke down and ended up sticking to the valves until it got to the point they wouldn't close.
-
Use a rust removing solution ideally enough to fill the tank or submerge it then give it a good rise job done, we have a large tank in are workshop put rusty crap in leave it for a couple of days and it eats all the corrosion. Search for janitol altrans or phosphoric acid rust treatment/remover will give you an idea of the stuff, some of the ones you can get can be watered down to make a larger quantity it's about £20 for 5ltr.

Lots of turbo diesel cars seam to run them so im sure theirs something out there that would work, i also looked at the electric vacuum pumps but it turns out they get quite complicated to run correctly needing a reservoir and a vacuum switch to switch the pump on and off.
-
yer its a neat solution if your using a dual m/cy system they even do a nice mounting bracket for it, i had also found a one way vacuum valve rated for 45psi positive pressure you need a reliable one way valve when running boost if it gets to the servo its going to turn it inside out. The only issue is getting a decent take off the YB manifold i think you really need a 1/2" connection, the other option i looked at as a budget method was finding and adapting an alternator with a vacuum pump to fit.

I have a high spec braking system on my car Tilton floor mounted peddle box big AP brakes it dose stop but man you have to push on it, one other thing to think about doing this is bulkhead flex a friend has a bias box on his mk1 escort and it moves quite abit when you really stand on it, Car builder solutions do a compact double ended servo for dual circuit systems not cheap but do you really want to skimp on brakes.
