I ordered full interior comprising of the following: 1 x Drivers Seat 1 x Passenger seat 2 x head rest Rear Bench seat Rear Parcel Self I have only received: 1 x Passenger seat Rear Bench seat They keep telling me that the remaining goods have been sent, its now 4 months and still not received these?? No one answers emails, phonecalls or texts. Does anyone know if they are still trading before I go legal on them??

iandq Posted September 2, 2013 Report Posted September 2, 2013 I spoke to the guy on the phone, and I can't put my finger on why, but I just got a feeling and crossed them off my list, I used Aldridge trim in the end, excellent service and quality, not cheap but you get what you pay for, plus they don't actually debit your account until the order is dispatched. as previously mentioned I think it's time to visit them in person to find out whats going on, see what their attitude is and go from there. all the best, ian.

superformance Posted October 10, 2013 Report Posted October 10, 2013 I saw this Classic Trim trade stand at Mini Racing Festival in Brands Hatch last June. The bloke was with his daughter, they both seemed very nice. I paid for a pair of Microcells but they didn't have a matching pair of headrest with them at the show. The bloke promised me that he will ship the headrests, grommets, and 2 metre of extra vinyl within 4 days. Alas, up to now. There's none. Just 3 weeks ago, I was able to get hold of him on the phone.Again he promised that before end of September I will get all the bits he owed me. There was none...again. I can't imagine the guy's doing that kind of business practice in the presence of his child. What an example!
chelsea kev Posted October 19, 2013 Report Posted October 19, 2013 I purchased a mk1 escort dash top from this fella and was not happy with his work, When i met him at Classic Ford and explained my issue he replied you get what you pay for, I said i expected better the holes around heater vents were cut very shabby and the rear had to be re glued and stapled cause it was just falling apart,Would not use again .£175 (:
WESTCOUNTRYBOY Posted October 27, 2013 Report Posted October 27, 2013 A friend of mine had terrible trouble with them. He sent his original seats to be retrimmed and paid £1200 up front. Heard nothing - had to keep chasing and chasing and eventually they turned up....some 6 months later. A very stressful experience - would not recommend Classic Trim!
