The day isn't set yet though.

There are meets and club stands all over the country. I'm guessing I live as far from London as you do, when I wanted more happening in my local area, I organised it myself just as others do in their areas. If you want a christmas party or meet near you, you are welcome to organize one and we will promote it the same way we do any event organised on here.

Also you seem to have misread the post. Looks to me like Vista was suggesting that you may want to organise something for yourself, and OSF will give it (meet or xmas do) the promotion it deserves.

Also due to lack of meets in the South West I organised a regular OSF meet myself. So, unless your prepared to "do" something about it then I'm sorry you have no right to complain . 1

Then look at yours. THEY are respected members of the OSF posse and therefore deserve a little respect until they do/say something to no longer deserve it. You on the other hand are a paid up contributor and your views are welcome BUT playing devils advocate online is a messy game so why not use the site for what it was intended? Banter and info from like minded people?
