Wasn't as "bad" as I had worried as still lots of classics in there as well, so still the usual enjoyable classic ford mag, but I hope this isn't the way things are gonna go with mk3 escorts, Sierras etc. :(

Loving the fact that you've started to add posters to the middle of the mag btw :):ykt:

Car is looking great mike :):ykt:

Thanks James, I have to pass the credit into Colin and Joe Ashton for that, they cleaned it for me and took it to the show while I was in Mexico on holiday. :)

Hi I've taken out a yearly subscription , when can I expect to receive my copy ?

Can you pop an email to contact@myfavouritemagazines.co.uk and they'll let you know which issue will be your first.

Any problems, drop me a PM.

Cheers,

All your favourite Fords will still be there, but we have to mix things up now and again, otherwise it all gets a bit stale. :-)

I see my DILF logo has now made it into a magazine!!!

I had those made up for the mk1 when I went to Le Mans last year. Everybody has Gulf logos so I kept the design and font and changed it. People found it v funny!!

Good magazine chaps and I don't mind 80's fords.

Time moved on and now 80's cars are 30 years old . Hopefully by featuring these cars the scene will stay fresh and vibrant,

Yet another month in which I haven't received my subscription issue.

Got 2 months mags last month within a day of each other.

Me too keep thumbing through the ones in the local paper shop , while I wait for mine ,ridiculous !!!

Please email contact@myfavouritemagazines.co.uk, and explain what's going on, even if you have contacted them before.

And if you don't get a satisfactory reply, let me know.

Thanks,

Simon

Already emailed them Simon, they are sending another copy out to me . Just gets frustrating as I'm having to wait weeks before I get the current issue.

Makes no sense. Is your postie lifting it?

No, although I gave them my new address multiple times they keep posting to the old one ( well that was the excuse for the last 2 months ) not sure the reason for this month

I have no interest in 80,s cars and this is the main reason i wouldnt consider a subscription . Once there are too many mark 3 escorts ,sierras etc im off .

I third that motion. I renewed my subscription but next year will reassess it depends on how many moderner cars become the regular. If there is a need to diversify I don't see why it can't be more 50's cars, and even earlier, model A rods, sit up and beg pops, V8 pilots and yanks etc. Also stuff like taunus's etc. :) A lot of this 80's stuff is the reason we all wanted to buy classic ford, as the other mags like fast ford is / was full of that crap and we don't wanna see it.

As for focuses etc on display classic ford show............................ :(

I agree with the above older cars rods yanks would be good and a few cortina s and mustangs flying round silverstone at ford fair would be a nice sight don't mind the odd rs1600i unfortunately there's only so many "classic fords" so it's inevitable
