Admin Vista Posted February 21, 2014 Admin Report Posted February 21, 2014 The tickets will go on sale in the shop soon and as always, will be discounted well below the gate price and further discounted for our Contributing members. In a change to previous years however we will not be offering free post with these items. Each year we receive too many claims from people that they haven't received them and we have to replace them at our cost. Believe it or not, I've even had someone who signed for something claim he didn't receive it! As a consequence, all tickets and passes will be sent out recorded delivery at an additional cost of £2.00. Unfortunately we've also had a finite ceiling put on the size of the stand we are allowed principally because of the number of no shows we had last year left a large vacant space behind the grand stand. We can send out 130 stand passes and no more so please buy early to be assured of a place. We will not be offering stand passes as stand alone items without tickets until nearer the time of the event and even then only if we have sufficient remaining to do so. Priority will be given to those who have also purchased their tickets from us and stand passes to members buying tickets will be available on the basis of a maximum of 1 per ticket purchased. Lastly (sorry) given that our stand size has been limited we have no spare space for people to leave trailers and tow vehicles on the stand. Limited space will be available for support vehicles of specialist non road legal drag cars racing in the OSFDC but all trailers MUST be left in the designated trailer parking space. No exceptions and no arguments on the day please. Who's coming then folks?
