The place i'm thinking of is well known in the Lotus Community for doing Honda and Duratec Conversions and i know SELOC club has held a few days on their rollers. I used to take my car there all the time for servicing and general work, if anyones interested i could ask how much it would be. It up the A12 towards Romford. 1

Obviously the cars he mentioned aren't pre 1980 but still be good to have a nose round. Hi Ian, Yes that would be absolutely great! We have Dennis’s (our workshop manager) amazing Escort Cosworth and race prepared Mondeo which can be made available for the day too if that’s of any interest to the magazine. Muzzman Posted March 14, 2014 Author Report Posted March 14, 2014 More info, i'd be tempted to go for the 10th as not too close to Classic Ford day W e currently have 10th and 24th available in May. We normally do 3 runs per car with data logging of AFR, knock detection, and provide a power and torque graph. It’s a really nice hub mounted dyno so there are no issues of tyre slip, camber angles etc.

If I remember rightly it was about £35 a run but did have to be a certain number for the day like 15 cars. The two times I went was a place in witham called engine advantages.

I think this is why it didn't really take off because of dates and also you'll probably need the money up front. I would be up for this but can't do these 2 dates unfortunately.

I have no idea if my engine has had any mods so would be nice to get an idea
