X-pack-Glyn Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 is it ok to have a fry up afterwards? im just thinking of a ballanced diet.
MightySprocket Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 so long as you use fully synthetic oil
DEP Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 I went to the doc s and he told me to try a staple diet. > .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Sorry i l leave quietly now
flyingbanana Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 sod the ryvita's...just go straight to the fry up
sab6024 Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 You need to save room for the Fry up so you best not bother with the ryvita's
Messenjah Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 a balanced diet just means 2 of everything and 2 forks ... one for each hand ...
Gonzo Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 if i eat ryvitas it just gives me bad wind. roasted and salted cashew nuts work wonders as well. they're amazing. mixed with yoghurt-coated raisins, you're just asking for trouble. ...guess how I found out...
