I was thinking of that myself, but I thought someone will phone up and complain that they have just seen this copper jump out of his car, smash a bus stop up, rip down a poster and then jump back in th car, driving off like a loonie with a grin on his face

 Loved the Tina knocking the dustbin over at the end - priceless. The Avenger estate got the correct treatment at the start!! They just need shot of the Allegro, and replace it with a MK2 escort panda car. The programme is tip-top!! I need to watch BBC 4 every time. :)

The brakes on the MK3 are treated well with in the respect what the car deserves. i am waiting for some side ways action...more LIFE ON MARS PLEASE!!! I hope it goes into 1974 & so on...

Episode 3......I thought that was a Vauxhall at the start getting blown up. Did anyone else notice that it didn't look Mint seeing as it was supposed to be a year old at the time. Could be me just being fussy tho.

This is the last series of Life on Mars but there is supposed to be a spin off series focusing on Gene Hunt about 8 years from then. That could be good for a laugh.

Lovin' Life on Mars

i think that as classic car enthusiasts we tend to look at the ars in too much detail.

we should remember that the car destroyed by the explosion must have been an MOT failure - no normal person would let their classic be destroyed
