289must Posted August 17, 2014 Report Posted August 17, 2014 Hi, been into yanks and hot rods for years but now have a 1963 105e . First thing I've done is getting it stopping better so discs fitted to the front, gone down the escort disc ka calliper works really well. Now I want to change the engine and the awful crash box, I was thinking mx5 but that won't fit without cutting the bulk head which I don't want to do also oil sump wrong the pan is at the back, so looking for a small front sump engine ka or fiesta endura or duratec they should fit only problem is what gearbox been told possibly a type 9 , any info on this or another option . Cheers gaz
