ok, so we've all dreamed this up and making it up. how do you suppose we started a conversation with him when we wanted to make an order? if you've had such amazing results from him, why don't you ring him and ask him what he's doing with peoples orders?

p.s i'd love to see how you'd react when your products are either turning up late, broken or NEVER and you're on a deadline and yes... i have given plenty of time for the order.

why are you surprised he is still walking,if there is a problem with any retailer why would threating to kick someones head in sort it out? next time I get trouble with my sky broadband shall I threaten to give them a kicking? or talk to the management like an adult and get it sorted

Dave, I am pleased that you had a good experience to recount, though I surmise that you were probably fortunate in that respect. However there are too many accounts (of the opposite experience) from others on various forums for them all to be fictitious.

ok I understand what your saying vista but my point is saying that kicking someones head In is not going to sort out an issue with trim in an old car? my transactions and others that recommended me have been trouble free, but if I had a problem would I write on a forum im going to kick their heads in then no

Different people have different ways of handling situations. Personally I would engage the services of a solicitor (I have the advantage of being married to one) and an official body such as Trading Standards. Others get greater satisfaction out of more confrontational solutions. Let's leave it at that shall we?

only trouble with employing a solicitor  is more money out your pocket ,no offence meant vista , but when you've saved up and spent your savings  on a product you don't get or are fobbed off  ,with little or no response  ,direct action is the only way , I mean how long are you gonna spend on the phone to a guy that doesent give a shit whether you get your stuff or not

I've put comments on here in the past about him, terrible person . How he is still trading I will never know,I had a load of stress and hassle after he had £2500 for 2 years and only got £200 worth of stuff

Zpower,it is infuriating and I understanding.I finally got all my stuff after 2 years and loads of calls,it had been that long he didn't even know what I had ordered. So I put some extras on and got some money back when I sold them. Good look to anyone who is still having trouble
