Escort Apache badges - What do they look like?

I've placed a "Wanted" ad in the forum for Escort Apache badges. To be honest I don't hold up much hope!

 

I've also spent months trying to find accurate images of the badges Jeff Uren used on the cars such that I can get replicas made up but to date have found nothing decent enough to use.

 

Does anyone have any ideas please?

No idea sorry. I know Jeff Uren did an Escort special but I know nothing about them. Capriaddic on here is quite knowledgeable about the Jeff Uren capris, perhaps he can advise you further?

The only picture I've seen of one was on ebay a couple of years ago and it had a mexico type broadstripe with apache where it says mexico. Had a little search around Google but I can't find anything either

Uren Cortina Savage badges are easy to find. I've even found an Uren Capri Comanche badge but bugger all for the Apache.

 

I know not many were made in the first instance and later ones were shelved because of the steering column placement. The steering wheel obscured the dials.

 

I've had no joy on Turbosport either

As well as the broadstripe "allegedly" Apache badges were used on the wings too. Much akin to the ones on the Cortina Savage found here http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C137189
