GJUK Posted December 9, 2014 Report Posted December 9, 2014 Kind of not sure if I did the right think giving this guy £215 of my money for his kit, already been delayed in the post, asked for a wiring diagram to make a start on the wiring and was told 'no, it comes with the kit..." after asking him for an update on posting it the response I got was "Christ sake I'm a busy man." Customer service for you!!! I hope this kit is half as good as people have said they are.

Customer service for you!!! I hope this kit is half as good as people have said they are. Its a good kit, mine went faulty and replaced with a different kit and its not as good. Pet hate is poor customer service, id pay a few £ more for good customer service.

I hear you, problem is his attitude and previously agreed shipping date which he has missed already :-/ If it's not hear Wednesday I'll cancel it and let the bank chase him for my refund. No need to talk to me the way he did, even if his life is a bit stressy! Customer service rating so far 1/10. Meh.

You have pestered me from the off and when I stay up till 11 pm to get it done I dont expect someone to have a go at me at 09:30 in the morning asking why its not been posted when I told you I had to collect a part for it first thing. I explained that after my compressor threw a rod it would be delayed from a Monday dispatch to a Tuesday dispatch and sure enough it was posted today. I have some of the best knowledge in trade and I respect customers who respect me, I think that if you work on your communication skills we will get on fine. Might I also point out this order was placed on Friday the 6 Dec and posted on Tuesday 9th December. 1

I am working on this trying to build up more stock and 500 new group A coils arrive tomorrow (I hope) and we have a wide range of products being built. 1

Not 100% sure now was a while back, Ended up with auto sparks kit as a cheap alternative at the moment. Saving to get my pinto rebuilt after xmas sometimes, but will be looking into the Bestek kit again as when it was working it was better than the autosparks kit, ive had the little control box go faulty, and the also the dizzy was rotating when fitted.. both replaced and working now. So ill be in touch when i get round to it, for a new kit. Cheers

Your attitude was abrupt and curt on the phone yesterday when I simply asked if you had posted it or not, If you're set up as a business, agree a delivery date and take someones money, then have a go at the customer when the customer asks you if you've shipped the item, that was a bit disapointing for me to say the least. Anyway, maybe I just caught you on a number days you were stressed about other things going on in your life. Regards, Jon 1
