logieiow Posted February 4, 2015 Report Posted February 4, 2015 Hi all, been on here a little but not had time to post yet so thought I would say Hello. I'm on the Isle Of Wight and currently own 3 classic Fords, unfortunately they are all projects but I'm hoping to change that and get one road worthy by the summer! The latest one and the one I'm currently working on is a 1984 2.0S Capri, was originally intended as a quick fix up and drive while I was working on my other one, however I unearthed a few horrors while getting through its Mot, so decided to spend a bit more time on it and it spiralled from there. I also have a Mk 1 Escort, 2 door, 1300 super in Blue Mink. Last but not least I have a Mk1 4 door that i bought many years ago for spares, and although its pretty rough structurally its now worth saving. Any way got heaps of inspiration from the resto threads on here so look forward to getting out and about when the warm weather arrives!

logieiow Posted February 8, 2015 Author Report Posted February 8, 2015 Yeah, but it will need a lot of work, it was bad 10 years ago when I bought it and its been outside on my drive ever since! It does however have a perfect red vinyl interior (GT type seats) and cos it's an XL it has 6 Dial dash. It's Pearl Grey/Gun metal which looks goos with the Interior.
