Like the idea of the tickets,,,but I think the sign would make them hunt and do there best to ticket you

or they'd just ticket you anyway because it'll probably state somewhere in the car park you have to clearly display your ticket

I was working in the council office where the traffic wardens are based they walked passed me straight out side and put a ticked on my van
