IDF inlet manifold for kent engine

Hi any one help out with information concerning fitting 2 IDF carbs to 1700 Kent engine.Need to purchase Fiesta S-XR2 manifold which I have been informed will take the carbs

Can't think of a reason to use IDF's on a x-flow other than being different?

Pinto - yes because it was part of Fords Group 1 pack.

Apparently Burtons used to offer one - about 15 years ago but I guess not to popular?

I've got some DCNF's as mentioned previously, complete set up manifold, carbs etc.

 

Will take a few days to find, but all there. Will take some pictures to show what's required / to complete set up.

Hi ,Thank you Matty for getting in touch,Will phone you to thank you .I have now managed to buy the weber Carbs and manifold that I required.The reason I went for this ste up was to keep the pedal box as original as well as the heater box.Saving buying the pedal box and drilling holes for the reservoirs has saved a lot of hassle .Being different is what its all about. Thanks for all your messages .

Got IDFs on my supersport .....what a pain to set up ....but once I had it right it's been an absolute awesome set up well worth the effort
