Depends on what the engine to do really, decide on what power band you want it power from 2k or 3k then go on camshaft web sites piper/ Kent and so on. See which cams would suit your needs and source reviews on specific cams because suppliers claims are not always the same as end users views. Also consider vernier cam wheel to set the cam properly and have the car set up on rolling road to get the best from what you've done

Bcf 3 , still don't need double valve springs or piston mods ,

 

although I would fit 1100 pistons and deck the block to raise the cr.
