a 1600 pinto has a electronic ignition distributer? As the coil pack has a 'electric ignition coil' sticker on it!

 

As I'm after an electric dizzy for 1600 xflow

Dizzy for a pinto is completely different to a x-flow

If you need a cheap but effective electronic ignition then buy the accuspark module that sits inside your distributor in place of points and condenser. Make sure you buy the correct one for your engine. X flow and pinto are different
