on a mk1 lotus steels or 7x13 superlites. they would be my choice.

hi, you could make your own rims, than anything is possible, like 8 inch in the back, and 6 inch on the front,  like I got on my van,

and a van is the same as a mk1 escort, just to give you an idea what's possible, cheers marcel

I have a set of four Capri laser wheels, so similar to RS, BUT these are a little different. They have had a bit of money spent on them (by a previous owner). They have been lightened, the central part has been milled flat. This makes them look so good. They are painted black, I was told powder coated but I don't know the first thing about paint so can't confirm that. They had a set of tyres fitted once but the wheels haven't ever been fitted to a car since the work was done.

They've been tucked safely away in my ownership for about four years. Id need to dust them off to confirm but their condition is very good.
