Mk 2 on a 10 grand budget

Is it possible to buy a mk2 escort Sport on  a 10 grand budget? I'm really after good body work more than upgraded performance. If it isn't, what sort of realistic budget is needed for a tidy car?

It's probably possible to buy a rough one for that still, but I think you'll need more for a good one. At a guess, £15 to £18k?

That South African Sport is about as good as you will ever see for that sort of money. Great car especially as its all set to go in the UK already.
