I need some stuff to prepare my mk1 for the road, but the email address on their site keeps bouncing back and I couldn't get hold of Martin on the phone, any one know if they've changed it or whats wrong? Also, is Mexico Marks still going and anyone got any details?

Did you want to buy some thing from him or just asking how to do some thing, He gets so many people phoning him and asking the price of a part then asking him loads of tech questions,,,,,,,,,,,which is fare enough is he's quiet but when the phones non stop with questions it would anoy most people, You try phoning a ford main dealer and asking what size bolt holds the gearbox to the crossmember and see if they tell you !!!! Martin and his team built my car and his workmanship and eye for detail is spot on. It was his first time working on an Anglia so he took longer than an Escort which he knows inside out He keeps four units almost full of Escorts and spares new and old and on his web site you can see my car and quite a few more full restorations he's done He also gets a let of people phoning him asking to but an Escort don't mind paying eight to ten grand for a good car You try and do a full body restoration and paint job then put it all back together with all the best bits on the car...........and see how much you have spent my car cost me over 20k over three years and still more to be spent his tel No is 01834 860929 im sure if you have any needs he will oblige you I diden't get paid for writing this or of that matter phoned him beforehand re this subject i can only speak for my self, as i'm sure loads of other satisfied will testify.........hope this helps you all the best Wayne

My mate reckons that for every 20 people a ady who call you might get a sale of a part but for every car to be built its 150 people calling before you get the sale . Lots of people have dreams and as consequence waste people time ! Only 24 hrs in a day Bud !
