Anyway, my question is how much mot and insurance is needed as a minimum to get some rent on the car?

i have about a weeks mot left and just over a months insurance, am i likely to find any new reg setbacks as it seems increasingly difficult to get insured/mot'd/taxed every year.....

as long as the mot and insurance are in date you can get tax, did mine online the other day and it was piece o pi55!!

took all od 2 minutes to do it online, the disc turned up within 48hrs and i didnt even get wet goin to the post office

Happy days....well allmost, the price of a paper disc just sucks these days.

...you can't get tax online if your insurance is due for renewal as it won't show online properly...had this problem with my main car...still had 3 weeks left on it....

TAXING MINE ON LINE SOON, Mot runs out April 20th and will tax it from 1st April... MOT is booked for March 31st.........
