Half Shaft Bearing Locking Rings

Does anyone know where I can buy the locking rings for the half shaft bearings. I got new SKF bearings from BRT but they cannot supply the lock rings.

Any help would be much appreciated.

If you take your shafts to a decent machine shop, they should be able to save and re-use your old ones when pressing the bearings.  A standard 3 tonne Clarke press would not remove mine, so took mine in to be done.

If you can't find any, I have a new one here that I can measure up with a Vernier for you, so you can get some knocked up on a lathe.  Most people seem to sell them with the bearings.

I split the collars then used my S/P Bearing puller kit to pull the bearings off.

Of course having split the collars I cannot now measure them.

Well in the absence of a press I am going to try and press the new bearings on, using my hydraulic bearing puller and actually draw the bearing into place.
