I had no issues with them rubbing the arches at 2" lowered.  With 1", there is definitely more room. 

If I'm correct, the black wheels I took off are also 7"s and they were on 60s.

They are sat in the loft of my garage, but I can't get at them to measure them at the moment due to just having a hernia op this week. 

Either way, the 4 spokes I now have fitted are definitely 7" on 60s and are absolutely fine.
