Shows washed out but there's always the Motorist Cafe.

Was planning to be at NY500 near Pickering today for a meet with others from West Yorkshire Ford Owners Club all in aide of Crohn's and Colitis Charity. Last night it was called off due to heavy rain and waterlogged show area. The photos looked like a new lake had been formed 🤣.

So at a loose end today so headed up to the Motorist Cafe near Sherburn in Elmet. 

Plenty of others had the same thought and so it was busy. Vista became a focus again as he pulled in, particularly as the sun was out and the orange was popping 👌. 

Had a great chat and laughs with the other drivers of a real mix bag of cars. The public were out in droves too, so no doubt the Motorist made a killing.

We did have the usual dump valve crowd but they soon went off to play with their valves or was it to have a dump? 😂

At least we got out for a run in the sun, Vista even had to wear his sun glasses.
