Going online is not the best way I find. Talking to people gets you much more info. Ford weren't great at marking parts. Photos would help people on here to make a better guess. If the restorers don't know I question how much they do know about Ford's 🤔

Have you contacted Burton Power? They stock lots of Tranit parts that crossover to other models. Do you know what gearbox you have in your transit. I think it's very similar to a 2000e box. Talk to Tony Williams at Burton Power.

I can see that @Rally Pack 2000is missing out on shows so here is a bit of Aussie Ute culture for you seen at Driffield Show. Based on a Ford Zodiac which I believe you got a year before us in the UK. We get loads of Roos and other wild immigrants to mow down with the front bull bar too 🤣🤣 Hope you are keeping your spirits up. 👊

Once again I have just renewed my multi car policy with Abbeyfields. They cover my daily Estate, Vista Estate and Cortney the Mk1 Cortina. Hi All, I spoke to Witham Oils today (Richard Scarbrough) He confirmed that they are putting a table together for OSF covering all the standard models our club includes so it's an easy cross reference @Miniliteman. If there is anything out of the norm then please let me know ASAP so I can add to table. In the future special oils etc can be identified by sending an email to the technical team as mentioned before. 😊 I will post it on here when it is ready. He confirmed that the zinc content / ZDDP level is greater than 1200 ppm. Don't forget your discount covers all products produced by Witham. Finally, I'm planning to organise a tour of their facilities in Lincoln. If any member is interested send me a message. 👍
