Guest MK1gaz Posted March 11, 2007 Report Posted March 11, 2007 you know it makes sence me and gaz are best of cyber friends hes just wrong ok folks, i wont post brainteasers any more. I thought it was quite a good little riddle that one . If you post anything on a forum you'll get a few people who don't .......1=understand your sense of humour .........2=understand what your trying to say or read what you actually write ..........3= twist things into something else ........4= all gang up and ask you questions .........5= start moaning when you then answer their questions ..........6= follow you around trying to catch you out months later . So it's easier just to read and stay in the land of quietness !!!!!!!

over_head_cam Posted March 12, 2007 Report Posted March 12, 2007 Or get fed up with the stuff that they see on TS coming over to OSF and wondering why they only talk about the same thin all the time. And then think to themselves that the only retort that is evident is one that implies that they may be in some way below the expected intelligence level. i could go on butI would only add fuel to the drivel. And yes I fully expect certain posters to respond with some kind of insult, but I've been around for long enough to see what's coming
over_head_cam Posted March 12, 2007 Report Posted March 12, 2007 Good and proper. Figuratively speaking that is
BIG G Posted March 12, 2007 Report Posted March 12, 2007 back to thr original question i know this riddle...................... It was the major in the pantry with the candle stick.......................
Burns Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 did anyone else wonder why anyone would use a bloody candlestick with a gun in the house?
alladdin Posted March 13, 2007 Author Report Posted March 13, 2007 the answer for those that cant work it out driver 1 was the westfield test driver (owners son?), in a westy MEGABUSA. lightish, 180 bhp ish of screaming suzuki,6 speed box, V. GOOD GRIP. and geared to slaughter the 1/4 mile by default. driver 2 was also a test pilot, state of the art rubber, V.V.light., 180 bhp ish of screaming suzuki motor, 6 speed box.......... yes...... it was a std suzi hyabusa. set a new busa 1/4 mile record at the time. BIKE mag was amazed that the car could stay with it over 1/4 mile. didnt wana meet one on a b road. all FACT. 1/4 mile time is not down to just engine. terminal speed is not sole result of engine power. a practical , factual, example /demonstration containing no abuse or malice. seems to have got some juices flowing tho.
