JAY PS Posted March 19, 2007 Report Posted March 19, 2007 Possibly a true reflection of how many that are left ! Ive got three at present and havent seen another for miles around. The Mk1 Granadas survive in very small numbers and according to my sources only number less than 150 still on DVLA computer and only about 300 Mk2s Ghia models known to exsist If these figures are to be believed the main reason is the cost of running the beasts and the other that they have been bangered since the mid 70s They still hold there own today ,its a shame so few are left but they were mostly fleet reps cars when new and most covered in excess of 100k before a second owner was found.
Chris_ACE Posted June 26, 2008 Report Posted June 26, 2008 Wow! at JAY PS's info, was wondering is it possible to get more up to date info on apprx. how many MkII's are left, especially for personal info, MkII 2.8 Ghia X. Would be great to know Chris..
bortaf Posted June 27, 2008 Report Posted June 27, 2008 More like it's a true reflection of the fact they cost an arm and a leg to run they've allways been cheap for that very reason hense they fall into the banger price range mind i do know a chap with over 40 but i can't even get bits off him let aloan a whole car and he aint even raced in 3 years, just collects em and stacks em up in vairiouse yards
