chassis plate

just bought a blank chassis plate off ebay, proper german rs one for the mex, as mine got lost when i stripped the car for respray. does anybody know where i can get it stamped??

have you tried a ford dealer? im pretty sure they will do them if you have document

i brought a set of punches put the plate on a piece of wood and had a go myself. came out pretty good

But then the stamp is stamped inwards where on the oringinal it is raised,The letter and numbers that is?

 

Vintage tags supply and stamp them as i got a set of them for my Harrier

remember they are stamped from the back not the front, a sure fire way of telling something dodgy is going on
