Id have a carbon fibre bodied mk2 escort with around 3-400bhp aspirated and a turbo'd one

You probably have the Princess ones then. My mate had them on his track car with Ferodo DS3000 pads, they worked a treat Its up to you, buit with proper alloy AP calipers you cant go wrong

Well after having Princess 4 pots, then Wilwoods (310mm kit), then Hi Spec (280mm kit) and now AP racing big 4 pots on the front, i have to say the AP's are the best out of all of them

You can get up to a 285mm disc in a 13" wheel with the right caliper Thats the same size as a standard cosworth front disc

I paid £395 for my brothers ones with springs

That was after being on HT's dyno, it made 205bhp on the dyno, then 205bhp on the rollers at sanspeed, then after a bit of tinkering it made over 220bhp And my old cossie engine had 5 degrees of ignition taken out of it over the whole map because my engine builder thought he heard detting, it made 280bhp, i then got put 5 degrees back in on the rollers with dett cans and it made 403bhp with no dett

Well on Ickys pinto it made 205bhp to start with, then Graham at Sanspeeds advanced the ignition and adjusted the cam timing and got another 15bhp out of it
