Hello, Been away from here for a while but decided to get back and see what cars were for sale Mk1 & Mk2 .....Not much for sale? i see since prices have started to rise i guess that everyone is tucking them away until they are ready to retire.... Have seen that Mk2 SA imports have been out there for sale not sure if i want to go that route but since the stock of good UK cars is pretty low it might be an option i have to consider, seen 16 sport shells starting around the £6800 mark, i would of preferred a steel wing Mk1 escort but try to find anything!!! Anything that is half decent or half done seams to go quite quickly and fetch Big Money..... Looks like the Mk2 route is the way to go unless there is anything out there anyone wants to share? Other than trawling ebay which has not very much to offer where else on the net is there to look for Mk1 or mk2 escort stock. TIA T.Vicar.
