they did talk about making undertaking legal a few years back,came to nothing of course! alright having more laws but just like talking on your mobile is not allowed ,you still see loads of people doing it,mainly because it needs more old bill to find them in the first place.more laws less to enforce them.the motorway is a joke for the lane hoggers so undertaking is near normal to get passed them .i bet the new 80 mph speed limit never comes in but these money making ones will!
