I'd stay with the pre-xflow all the bits are there and if i can get 125bhp from a 1200 hundred then get a 1500 hundred and get just a little bit more, that and they're not that pricey to build speak to Joe at http://www.throbnozzle-racing.co.uk/Clients/Clients.htm . I have to admit i like both x-flows and zetecs/duratecs but there are costs with both which you wont have with the pre-xflow..

There's a bit on the DVLA website about it you score points for the more parts are altered from standard and the more you score the more likely they'll give you a q plate, but you would have to really bugger up a classic ford to do that. As retro said was aimed at the modders, so don't panic.
