  20. if you do it that way it will need an sva test A vehicle will retain its donor registration mark if either the original unmodified chassis or unaltered monocoque bodyshell and two other major components are used. If a new monocoque bodyshell or chassis from a specialist kit manufacturer is used (or an altered chassis or bodyshell from an existing vehicle) together with two major components from a donor vehicle, an age related mark will be assigned. The mark will be based on the age of the donor vehicle. An ESVA, SVA or MSVA test will be required to register the vehicle. so unless you want a Q plate you will have to build it with the 100e running gear and then swap in the other engine and suspension later lol or just use the 100e's identity lee
  21. 18.5mm the 185 measurementy is the width o the treaded section of the tyre in mm and the profile is a % of this as copey said .. and thats 18.5mm difference in the diameter so 9.5mm each side so basically a 10mm difference in the height of the sidewall

    Plasters

depends how bad it is ... generally if its deep enough that i should really got get it stitched ill put a plaster on to hold it together rather then stop it bleeding lol
  23. best way i can think of doing it without a hoist is the way i did it but you will need two mates or your dad and brother like i had ... jack the car up and get a 4x4 fencepost across the wings with enough sticking out to get your shoulder under .... jack the car up tie the engine onto the post securely then get one person either side under the fence post and lower the car off the jack ... lifting without the lifting part ... easy as you like simply walk it out forwards and put it down making sure you bend your legs not your back to put it down (an old tyre is good to keep it upright drop the bowl of the sump in the middle
  24. thank fook you changed your mind harness bars should be made from musch stronger stuff then a cut down bunkbed leg
