well in some ways im inclined to agree but american football as a game is all about explosive power since they are running for such short lengths of time theysprint .... and they are big guys ... imagine a 30 stone bloke running at you s 30 stone bloke who runs 50m in say 6 seconds ? because he knows he only has to keep going for about 10 seconds at a time so can put everything in ! if rugby players made each hit as feirce as american football players they would be abosuolutely shattered .... dont get me wrong i LOVE rugby and hate americna football but those guys are massive there is a HIGH proportion of steroid users and that shit is not natural lol

hi guys, i want to make a really clean really tidy capri because im fed up of it being the "shed of the day" even tho its neve rbeen called that i know it is lol. but the question is do i stick with the one ive got and just buy a welder and stick it in my garage and take it apart and strip EVERYTHING off it and attack the rust or save up and buy a clean one get it dipped fix the rusty areas and then stonechip the underneath then get it sprayed top and bottom inside and out and put it back together. obviously option one is gonna be cheaper but it means i will be without a capri or any car untill its done which i think will make me rush it and not do a good job. im gonna start buying and slowly but surely refurbing spare parts ready for it whateve ri decide to do but i cant decide which one.

hi guys , I am currently trying to arrange a Last Hurrah tour for stevenage town rugby club Colts. Alot of the team have been playing together since we were very young I have been playing since i was 7 and some of us longer that that. this is our loast year as a team because we ar eall moving fully into senior rugby and as such we want to make this seasons tour one to remember ! The thing with trying to make it a tour to remember and going somewhere further afeild is that it costs more money so i am appealing to the companies that use osf and maybe some of the individuals that use osf who are in a position in their company to try and arrange something for sponsorship. we will be able to get the company name printed onto our tour shirts and it will appear on the club wedsite and i have ye tto speak to the charman about it but im fairly sure i will be able to put up posters inside the rugby club aswell. There is no such thing as a donation too small and anything would be greatly appreciated if you would be intereste din helping or would like mor einformation then please feel free to contact me either by email on Andrew.boyle@gmail.com or by pm or pm me for my phone number we have approached several local business's aswell and are yet to hear back from them.
