copey you could put an lsd from a 2.8i special, richie: not at all ive got £350 of "free money" because the insurance company gave me it as cash on the grounds tht they didnt want to pay a garage to fix my car and that seems about the price for a 2.8i spesh axle or an x pack kit from fibresports .... ive always wanted an x pack but id also really like an lsd. am i right in thinking an lsd will make it kick out more often but be more controleable ? as i dont really want it stepping out very often as its my 400 mile a week daily driver i know ittl save me time at the pod etc but is it gonna be worth it on this car ?

hi guys, as most of you know ive got my 2.0S capri and ive been fiddling about with it for a while so far ive done 145lb 2 inch lowering springs on the front anti dive kit tca bushes gaz adjustable rear shocks and 1 inch blocks kent fr1 cam and a heavily skimmed head (not intentional) 4 branch manifold and cherry bomb mid box and cd player etc once ths insurance ppl sort out my claim for a doris tht drove into me the car is going down to colin with a 38dgas and a vernier pulley so he can put on the new carb and set it up for me but whats next ? im happy with the way the car drives and with the carb i should hopefully get a bit more ooomph my plan was to get a custom interior on the go but im not sure wether to do the interior or the paintjob ? what do you think guys ? interior or paintjob its going back to the original colour on the outside

welll ive got some news been to hospital thayre making an appointment for me to go back and see an orthopedic surgeon and atleast 6 weeks off rugby insurance asessor is comong out on thursday but i go on holiday on wednesday so ill have to wait 2 weeks before i find out if theyre giving me the money or not

well i have a weak shoulder i sublapsed it (tried to come out but the ligaments kept it in but are stretched badly ) but since i did that ive played 11 games andbeen to 40 training sessions ... ish and then recently 3 weeks ago i saw the physio down at the club he said u have alot of work to do on it or ittl come out agn ive been doing rehab work on it every spare second i have and i train agn and dislocate it fully i couldnt move from the pain and i was just tackling something it mustve been the angle we came together at

first my King car gwets crashed into then tonight at King rugby training i dislocate my King shoulder and pass out from the King pain supposed ot be working all weekend but cant move my arm much at all and this has taken about half an hour to type becuase i have to do it with one hand because i cant even lift my arm onto the desk to sit my hand on the keyboard and type

spoken to the insurance company given them the quote for the reapirs now they have to give those figures to one of their engineers for him to ok them and then theyll ring the garage to give them the go ahead

well guys i dont know yet if she wants to go thru insurance or not she hasnt answered her fone this mroning (it is a bit early tho ... ill try at lunch time) ive got one quote from a bodyshop in my hand and 2 more in the post that i will have by wednesday first one from my m8s dad (done to keep it low so they dont write the car off ) £565 thats for a door skin + fitting and painting etc AND THAT IS PURELY A QUOTE FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY as im blatantly gonna get the money from them and buy a door from sparky and fit and paint it myself and keep the rest of the money for welding work and wheel refurb
