Mad as anything, this car is exactly the same as my uncles, it was in silver with the round lights even tho it was on a g, had a black stripe exactly the same, and sadly it was put on, by himself cos they were a sporty mod back in the day, along with the steering wheel, quarter bumpers and later back reverse lights, so it looked like a twin cam from behind, probably not helped but eh, And good find, hope to see it in the restorations forum.

The mk 1 looks fookin sleek with them RS Ronals on, polished aswell fink the decision has been made hasnt it

Looks boss mate, get it done, or even ask one of the photoshop lads to do it proper with the wheels of your choice an see what it will really look like. Hope to see it at the northwest meets next summer eh.

My first car was a mk 2 essy, but i have always wanted a mk 1 estate since me an my brother used to slide sidewards on the vinyl back seat in me dads G reg one, when we were doin the roundabouts at rainford, And now im driving one, doin them roundabouts in rainford on full left lock looking thru the passenger window, awesome

My xmas present was a bestek electronic ignition system and i was wondering how many others had em and had anything to say about em, easy to fit or how they work on a x flow, good or bad.

My essy estate is my daily driver, restored it, so i drive it specially when you have the slippery weather, thats what RWD is for. isnt it obviously the winter weather will take its toll, but when it does i will repair her again, an then thrash her again.
