Here is a pic of the car before it was silver... And a few from monday night, these stripes have just been added, really starting to like it jim.

I love the engine transplant, would love to up to the 2ltr nissan engine maybe with a next project if it happens! I wasnt expecting as many people to say they like it, personally, Im not 100% on the interior but other than that I like the idea Jim.

Anyone see this, was a supercharged duratec engine install in it. Wondering if anyone has any build up info or anything on it? Its a great looking car Jim.

i'm going to change the position of my fogger nozzle from a silcone hose before the throttle body, to an aluminium pipe after the throttle body. i'd like to know if anyone knows what thread this is. The nozzle is a nos systems, or could i buy an aluminium boss ready made to weld on?

Got some pics taken by a friend of my sons tonight. Iv had the car out on the road a bit and it feels excellent, makes me feel I have made the right decision with the charger The bonnet still has a scoop to be made and wont be kept that colour! Jim.

Thanks for the comments , just really hope it does what I want it to do! The engine is a ca18det, its a 1.8 turbo from a nissan 200sx. Hopefully if all goes to plan I have made the setup so that the turbo will be feeding the charger, hopefully it will counteract turbo lag and there will always be constant boost Jim.

Hi all, Been a while since I started a thread on here! Cant remember where I got to on the last update but for 09 the idea was to make myself an anglia that will run an 11second quarter on a relatively street spec. To do this im thinking along with the turbo and nitrous, a supercharger was in order to start getting immediate boost! I wont go into too much detail but over the past 4 months iv been designing a twin charged set up that i feel will work. Tonight I got the car running for the first time and these are the results I came up with, hope you like Think the bonnet needs cut again :lmao: comments would be appreciated, hope to see some of you again at OSFDC shakespeare again this year! im looking for a 4pk poly v belt for a supercharger install it needs to be bigger than 1770mm thats the biggest i can source just now and i need to install a tensioner to suit a 4v belt any ideas ?

no it was the pale blue cossie anglia that was a cover car in classic ford a couple of years back i think it was for sale on the ebay section a while ago does anyone know what happened to john tebenams origonal car not the tube framed car ?

thanks guys it was realy 105 shape 4cylinder i was thinking was there not two classic ford front cover cars first the metalic blue cossie turbo (what happened to that) and then the pale blue cossie turbo were these not in the 11 second bracket?

i was interested in seeing if there is any 11second quarter road going anglias in the uk ? i would like to see whats needed to achive this cheers Jim
