Have you tried 'The Speed Shack' in West Drayton? They always seem to have loads of new & used wheels which tend to cater for the English Ford market, and Steve (the owner) has so many contacts in the business that he can usually get whatever you want.

5 years and £10k: 3 different engines, 2 different gearboxes, 3 different exhaust sytems, 2 different blowers, 3 different sets of carbs (plus 1 injection system), 2 different brake set-ups (and the third on the way), 2 methanol injection set-ups, 3 nitrous kits, a few pairs of rear tyres. Endless fun!

"They're worth thousands - you wouldn't cut up a real RS" No point talking chassis numbers with people who obviously know more about my car than I do.... ....Still, it's a nice Capri

Mine is about 3" off the ground at it's lowest point. Surprisingly it very seldom grounds out (the headers always hit first if it does). I'd reckon that a 4" ride-height would be about perfect

Well, September looks promising! It'll be great to get it on the road again. Won't be available Thursday as the Mustang business has become veeery busy (thank the Lord!). I'll deffo bring it down sometime though, and see if I cant scrub some of that excess rubber off the rear tyres

To answer a few questions in one: Yes, full space-frame. Last time out it was doing 8GPM at the track, and about 4mpg on the road!

WOW! Thanks for the great comments guys (& Girls)! It's nice to know it still has the desired effect! Should be able to get it out at either Shakey or the Pod sometime this summer, but I'll let you know.
