  1. OOO I love em at that age, we lost the last one of the only litter of lurchers we bred, he passed away in october aged 16. About time there was a pets thread isn't it? BTW we have got 4 dogs, 2 lurchers and and 2 JR terriers. If I loaded em into the front of the tipper I would look a real pickey
  2. Glad I didn't go to them as recommended for some mirrors then!
  3. Tut tut, and here I was thinking you mum's mum had passed away.....
  4. that's the National Health Service for you, ambulances are constantly late. This one was 30 years late...... It goes out early June.
  5. OOOO shiny!
  6. WHY WHY WHY? Seriously Fleet, have you thought of reporting this to the police? OK if it was mine I would not like to see it like that, but at least you would know where it was.
  7. On set we use stuff called Black Tac, it looks like Blue Tac only stronger.
  8. This one was done for publicity for the collection of John Richmond, there could have been other shots I suppose. Anybody know anything about the capri? I think it was daytona yellow.
  9. Me too! Don't like the thing at the start of the thread though, too much like a focus.
  10. Oh I am with you now! Have you done the conversion? Is it not blowing (fan is on the same fuse as the horn) or just cold? Usually that's a sign there is no water in the engine! Or at least it's not getting into the heater matrix (which are still available BTW)
  11. I would have to say the screen is long gone, I would have thought it would have been in the warehouse so it may be one of a kind now. Remember this thing is HUGE! That pic of my hand is one corner of the number plate.
  12. I can find out for you, and even deliver it for you! For some reason I think I posted the wrong pic, here's one of it the right way up!
  13. It's true about the DVLA handing over details of cars from thier number plates. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/mo ... 915214.ece OK so the sun isn't exactly a fine example of true journalism, but I doubt they would print that if it was in no way true. As for blanking out number plates, I prefer good old photoshop, just hilight the plate with a box and select 'cut' and it's gone. I always take them off my pics, why make it easier fro the thieves?

    OSF Art

We were clearing a warehouse for a customer, and putting some unused stuff in storage. This has been laying about in the warehouse for years, and as far as I can remember it was used in their shop and at the time (maybe 15 years ago) the same pic was used on advertising in the press and posters. This one is larger than life sized, screen printed red on yellow on canvas stretched on a wood frame like a painting. It's in two halves and each one is about 8ft X 4ft I don't know what will happen to it, but I am sure if anybody wants it I can find out if they want to get rid of it. Also, as far as I can remember the Mk1 capper in the pic was something to do with the owner's club, maybe beloonging to the president or sommat,.
  15. Can't remember about the engine mounts, but don't forget if you are fitting an diesel and you are anywhere near or in London, your camper will come into the LEZ scheme in 2010.
  16. I will second that! Is this a Mk2 transit then?
  17. My dad couldn't drive, and I didn't learn till I was 24, but I am making up for it now!
  18. The only ones I would tax online is the expempt vans, no way would I give the DVLA my credit card number! Also, as OSFs have no emissions logged at the DVLA by the manufacturers from new, which means we will still be paying the 'standard' road tax, which has gone up by £5. Our essex powered granny is still only £185, where as a (nearly) 3L post 2001 reg'd car would be more, so there are some good things about driving an OSF.
  19. Me too, but I have got used to it now, and I know I have got to OSF when the screen goes black! TBH I had forgot that I can change the schemes, and so many other forums use subsilver I would get confused!
  20. I would defo have a go against a knife, maybe not a gun. Stuff that, if they are gonna crash you car, you might as well do it yourself and not let them have it. Run em down I say.
  21. Thank god for that!
  22. Good news, I was beginning to think she would not be found alive.
  23. Bleedin ell that's a transit engine on two wheels ! Recipe for death methinks.....
  24. Well i must say well done. If only I could catch one of em at it, come to think iof it, if I did maybe I wouldn't be sat at home now......
  25. Has it got keys and the V5? Do they belong to the same car?
