I often think about this disater stuff too. I reckon id survive if i only had to fend for myself but if i had fend for my missus and kids too it would be alot harder. I'd want to stay on the move the whole time and carry bare essential tools,a trip to library might be in order to read up on survival and find out what you can and cant eat Probably stay close to the moutains where there would be lots of natural springs,without water you'd be fooked b4 you start.
