Would be my 3rd year of insuring the Escort so should have 2 years NCB on it. Granted I was expecting a bit of a rise due to more mods and the general climate but a rise of 35% or so is a bit much. Went to a rolling road day in Horsham over the summer and I was shocked to watch as all of the runs they did to warm up every single car were done without the cars strapped down. Granted they were for the power runs, but it would only take something to go wrong for the car to shoot off across the workshop probably taking out the cars owner and his mates who are videoing it and go through a wall into the tire place next door. Nothing cheap either, couple of tvrs loads of ricers and an RX7 with a LS3 in. . .
