Personally I think (on OSF escorts) the proportions just look wrong on four doors. A mk2 four door I can just about deal with but personally I think a four door mk1 just looks plain ugly. I can understand people having a four door as prices have gone through the roof but if I were buying one now id wait and save more rather than buy a four door. No offence meant to four door owners just my own taste [emoji1303]

Yeah they're awful IME. They used to think they were the doggies doo dahs years back and had a really bad attitude but now you can get all their parts from other suppliers and cheaper too. I generally steer clear unless I'm stuck for something and need it that day.

We've got a doris in our street like that. Shocking driver. Literally bounces off cars when parking or getting out of a space. Her micra doesn't have a straight panel on it [emoji35] I've warned her several times but she still does it every day and drives away without a care in the world!

Don't need a warrant. Private land means nothing (after all, nearly all property is privately owned if that were the case police wouldn't be able to go anywhere!) police have a power under section 17 PACE (police and criminal evidence act 1984) to enter ANY premises without warrant to prevent serious damage to property. I'd say banger racing a car will seriously damage it [emoji23]

Police unfortunately don't have the time or resources to check things like banger meets. It might be someone's pride and joy but at the end of the day it's just an insured car. I know it's not right but things need to be prioritised. That said there could be a specific operation set up if there was some intelligence the stolen cars may be there, but I doubt it would happen.
