  1. dear god! was that sitting nose first in a river or something!
  2. Rugby, so not too far Oo sweet! we should start forming some sort of convoy for the classic ford show! I know its not for a while but i missed out on convoyness last year I have me and 1 other so far! Saw another capri on the road today, in the works van this time! It is a ford admittedly but it isn't the same lol
  3. Must be good to be on the bins coz you get too see down all the little side streets, seeing all the cars parked on peoples driveways!
  4. oo really? where abouts are you then?
  5. There are a couple of vids on you tube and they show the various amount of cars you get and shows how busy it can get aswell! ..and you can normally get away with a bit of tyre smoking on the way out..
  6. The is a car/bike meet that is on every year near me in Ashby Folville. I Happens on the second Tuesday of every month (so two weeks today) normally between April and September. They have a nice pub in the village and they normally have various food things like a hog roast, doughnuts ice cream, coffee and all that so its normally a nice evening out! I ranges from new cars, American oldies, performance cars, British classics, normally the odd supercar turns up aswell lots of bikes of all types and there does tend to be a bit of an OSF gathering sometimes but it would be nice to see more!! By the way Ashby Folville for people who want to know is in Leicestershire near Melton Mowbray http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&safe= ... CBIQ8gEwAA I think people start turning up at about 4.30 ish until it gets too dark to see really! It was 2 quid to get your car onto the show field which is the village cricket pitch (although the show field normally spills out onto the road and the other field lol) and a quid to just park in the field opposite but I may have gone up this year? Cant imagine by much if it does though. You will know you are there when you get close because you join one of those traffic jams that you want to be in everyday (full of awesome cars!) my cortina overheated it that queue last year and i got a nice cheer! Hope to see some of you there! Look out for the bright orange Mk5 cortina with the OSF sticker!
  7. Don't you just find it irritating that the only time you see any other OSF's on the road you aren't in your own! I was being followed by a blue Y plate Capri earlier while I was in my terrible little mk3 fezza runabout. I like waving to other fords while im in the cortina! Also about 2 miles up the road I went past a nice bronze Mk1 fezza with a man sitting in it and I felt all inferior If anyone knows about these cars then let me know because I like to know what im up against round my end Im in Leicester by the way

  15. I got all the stuff like that with one of my cortinas, its silly to see how little they cost back then. 4k brand new! with added mudflaps lol
  16. Depends on the condition but for I bought one with a couple of things left for the mot for 200 about a year ago got it through the not and swapped it for a BMW lol
  17. I bought the cheaper one from machine mart (about 60 quid I think?) They work quite well as long as you have good air pressure. I used it to do my wheels and the front valance and they came up quite well. I was only using kiln dried sand instead of the proper stuff, its loads cheaper
