Working on my Anglia on the drive a guy in a Transit pulls up and says "I will give you £1000 for it as it is mate". I politely told him that that would not even buy the gearbox and told him to move on. He looked at me a little puzzled as he drove away. Yep there are three Ford flange sizes :- 86mm Common 92mm RARE 109mm Common English & Atlas The 92mm flanges seem to crop up on Some Cortinas, but not all, so you cant say its a MkII Cortina flange for example. They've cropped up on some MkI Escorts

Actually I think you will find that there are 3 diff flange sizes as I had trouble finding one for my Anglia that was the correct size.
