Question on MK2 Escort satin black bits

The bit highighted orange around the door frame shuts on the shell - satin black too where the door/window frames are?.

 

Looked high & low for pics, also how far around the B pillar are they black?

mine was originally satin black from the window sill upwards on a mk2 ghia

Mine was originally body coloured but think it looks better black

I'm not sure how far to take the black around the frame, had a look at the old shell & that has it right to the gutters & a fair way down the B-pillar.
