RETRO_AL Posted May 8, 2007 Report Posted May 8, 2007 will my rear red indicators fail a mot? just need to know as i will get some others before the test if they will fail
Posse Posted May 8, 2007 Report Posted May 8, 2007 i would of thought so al. but saying that the yanks cars that fly about have red ones.
JAY PS Posted May 8, 2007 Report Posted May 8, 2007 They must show orange light to front and rear to pass mot Thats why yank tanks often have separate indicators hidden or added
V8ian Posted May 8, 2007 Report Posted May 8, 2007 http://www.ukmot.com/mot_check.asp Have a look here, it may help
Gareth Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 If it flashes red then you'll need amber lenses mate
PAUL MANN Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 yes mate as gareth said you need yellow/amber to the rear
FlashCadillac Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 my step dad has a '64 fairlane and its the break lights that flash for the indicator.... they're red passes its MOT every year.... is it not ok if it was standard with the car, just like not having front seat belts in some osf's
