Admin Mk2Jo Posted May 25, 2007 Admin Report Posted May 25, 2007 So .... we have two weeks to go but you're all talking about it Darren has now ordered the tickets so they should be with him early next week and posted out by the end of next week so you will get both the tickets and/or stand pass the week before the event as per the list in the Show Stands section of the forum We are considering a convoy from down South to get there for mid-day if we can .... so I shall start the ball rolling and say .... Leaving Wisley layby somewhere around 9.30am on Saturday 9th June ..... what does everyone think??

The M1 will be closed in both directions between Junctions 8 and Junction 9 on the following dates to allow demolition of 3 existing overbridges: 2100hrs 9th June to 0900hrs 10th June 2007 2100hrs 16th June to 0900hrs 17th June 2007 2100hrs 23rd June to 0900hrs 24th June 2007 During the above closures all M1 northbound traffic will be diverted off the M1 at Junction 8 and follow the signed diversion route via A414, Maylands Avenue, B487, A5183 and rejoin the M1 at Junction 9. All M1 southbound traffic will be diverted off the M1 at Junction 9 and follow the same diversion route and rejoin the M1 at Junction 8. http://www.highways.gov.uk/roads/projects/9893.aspx Could also affect anybody travelling upto the AVO show the following week
