bomber1 Posted May 29, 2007 Report Posted May 29, 2007 Looks like you were right Dan, just found this. The M1 will be closed in both directions between Junctions 8 and Junction 9 on the following dates to allow demolition of 3 existing overbridges: 2100hrs 9th June to 0900hrs 10th June 2007 2100hrs 16th June to 0900hrs 17th June 2007 2100hrs 23rd June to 0900hrs 24th June 2007 During the above closures all M1 northbound traffic will be diverted off the M1 at Junction 8 and follow the signed diversion route via A414, Maylands Avenue, B487, A5183 and rejoin the M1 at Junction 9. All M1 southbound traffic will be diverted off the M1 at Junction 9 and follow the same diversion route and rejoin the M1 at Junction 8. http://www.highways.gov.uk/roads/projects/9893.aspx Could also affect anybody travelling upto the AVO show the following week we wont be up there till gone ten so we should be ok shouldnt we?

bomber1 Posted June 4, 2007 Report Posted June 4, 2007 think its £15 a ticket for adults. its a proper long day and if its hot theres no shade
jamesmk1 Posted June 4, 2007 Report Posted June 4, 2007 is it £15 per day or £15 all weekend as i wil be coming up on sat
jamesmk1 Posted June 4, 2007 Report Posted June 4, 2007 so £30 per person +£5 camping just to may sure i take enough money
bomber1 Posted June 4, 2007 Report Posted June 4, 2007 sorry im pretty sure its £15 each for both days then a fiver each for camping so £35 for 2 adults
