Guest Airbag Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 A 16.8 not my best, a little disapointed to be honest. Need to get a launch technique sorted, I either bog down or wheel spin. I am sure the Capri is dood for a low 16 / high 15. I found the track very sticky this weekend and boged down on every run. I was so close to getting into the 15s with my 2.8i.
BIG G Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 a very respectable 15.03 @ 93 mph preety pleased but want those 14s AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH but hey the heads coming off for a little tiny sudge of compression raising
Guest turbo2 Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 me dad run an 11.51 @113.95 CONSISTENT 11.5s all day with a couple 11.6s which was enough to make him winner of group c the miller's oil voucher is probably on the m1

BIGKEV Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 did a 6.19 second run with 10000 bhp behind me - not for the faint hearted!
BaileyMex Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 Beat my first time run of last year of 18.3 Got it down to 16.8 @ 90mph on my second run Sunday I'm chuffed to bits with that considering its a road car with full interior and not been on the rollers properly since it was built!!

razersedge Posted June 17, 2007 Report Posted June 17, 2007 my best was 14.52 not bad for a first attempt shame about the reaction time of 1.156 (i clearly forgot what to do when the lights go green) but the slipper is going in and i'm going to get someone who no's how to tune the carbs to tune tune them (and not clueless me) and hopefully i can do better, ow and rewire the fans and the fuel pump so i don't break down and the gates again cos they come on at the same time and blew 4 fuses
